IAPT mental health self-referral
You can self refer to our local counselling service if you feel you would benefit from this type of support. You will need to complete an online application in order to process your self-referral.
Information about this service:
Please note that the referrals are processed between 9am and 5pm, and must not be used if you feel in crisis.
If you have urgent mental health needs, please contact your GP for an emergency appointment, call NHS 111, or visit A&E.
