Medical matters and official complaints cannot be dealt with via this form. If you have a query regarding a medical matter please telephone reception to make an appointment to see the appropriate person.
We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.
However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.

From 1st July 2023 there have been changes to the NHS complaints process as these can now either be directed to the practice or the Herts & West Essex ICB. They can only be dealt with by one organisation, however if you are not satisifed with the final written response you can still take your complaint to the Parliamentary Health Service Ombudsman (PHSO) information is available regarding the complaints procedure from reception or available here Complaints leaflet July 2023.docx
